the hotel is centrally located near many pubs and clubs. it is also a short walk from the train station. my room was very quiet, despite the hotel being in the heart of canal street's nightlife. the staff was very helpful and always kept me informed about the hotel.

The floor had screws that protruded slightly. I caught my foot on one.

superb locationfriendly staffmodern room

the location was superb. it's close to the train station and city center. the staff was very friendly and helpful and were able to quickly sort out an extra duvet when i asked. the room was modern and a good size. the shower had really hot water!

the remote control was broken with flat batteries.

The shower was fantastic! The staff was super smiley and upbeat, providing helpful information about the surrounding area. The location is perfect if you plan to visit Canal Street. The hotel is a couple minutes' walk from the city center.

The walls were paper thin, so I could hear phone buzzing and doors slamming. It seemed like someone was about to walk in at any moment. My stay depended on who was next to me.

The rooms were modern. I had a room with a view. The rooms are also clean and basic. The rooms provide adequate comfort for the price.

The staff was friendly. There was a very helpful young lady at reception in the daytime until 7 pm. The staff offers great support. The warm welcome I got upon arrival made a great first impression.

The location is excellent. The hotel is close to all the stations, primarily Piccadilly, a six-minute walk. There is plenty of nightlife around the hotel. The main shopping area is also not far away.
